We use domestically caught mackerel carefully selected by experts. Uses "Hanamo Salt from Setouchi". A salt full of flavor made from seawater from the Seto Inland Sea and domestic seaweed.
The vegetable flavor derived from seaweed and the animal flavor derived from mackerel have a synergistic effect that brings out the deliciousness. No chemical seasonings are used.
