 Spicy Diced Chicken Cooking Instructions

**Heat the Oil:**1. In a large wok or skillet, add a suitable amount of cooking oil.
2. Heat over medium-high heat until the oil just begins to smoke slightly.

**Sauté the Aromatics:**3. Add the red chili slices, garlic slices, and ginger slices to the wok.
4. Stir-fry for a few seconds until they start to release their fragrance.

**Add the Chicken:**5. Add the pre-fried spicy diced chicken to the wok.
6. Stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes until the chicken pieces regain their golden and crispy texture.

**Add the Dried Chilies:**7. Add the crushed dried chilies and chopped green onions.
8. Continue stir-frying for about 1 minute to infuse the chicken with the chili aroma and spiciness.
