The dry tea leaves have a dark and glossy color, with uneven thickness and some golden buds. There are dried gardenia flowers, and a light sniff reveals a noticeable floral fragrance. The tea liquid is a reddish hue, and when held against the light in a glass fairness cup, a golden rim can be seen along the cup's edge. The gardenia fragrance is rich, and the tea has a light taste. The distinguishing feature of this tea is its prominent floral aroma, making the experience of drinking it akin to strolling through a gardenia-lined path on a summer evening

Brewing Tips:

 

Using the Gongfu tea brewing method, the tea-to-water ratio should be between 1:30 ~1:50. If a large amount of tea is used, pour the water out into a fair cup (Gong Dao Bei) immediately after 1 ~ 3 seconds. If a smaller amount of tea is used, pour it into the fair cup after about 5 ~ 8 seconds
