Origin & Process
Taiwan Jinxuan, mostly grown in Nantou County or Alishan Township, Jiayi County, Taiwan, was cultivated by Mr. Wu Zhenduo, the father of Taiwan tea. Wu Zhenduo named the tea "Jinxuan" after his grandmother in memory of her. This tea is lightly withered, rolled, and fermented to a degree of 10-15%, and then dried and roasted to stabilize the aroma and flavor, finally producing a distinctive milky "Taiwan tea flavor". The tea leaf is soft, elastic, and glossy.
