Notes:

When cleaning, please use neutral dishwashing detergent and a soft sponge for thorough cleaning.
The surface of the grill pan is non-stick treated. Please do not use sharp iron brushes for cleaning to avoid scratches.
There may be sticking during the initial uses. It will become non-stick after 2~3 uses.
When cooking, thinly coat the grill pan with salad oil (or butter) evenly.
During heating and cooking, the grill pan becomes hot. Handle with care to avoid burns. Especially, do not let children approach during cooking to prevent burns!
Use low or medium heat for cooking, and place the grill pan steadily and evenly on the stove to avoid burning due to empty pan.
Do not let flames exceed the grill pan to avoid damaging the handle.
Before each use, check if the handle is securely locked to prevent accidental detachment!
Do not use on induction cooktops, electric stoves, or microwave ovens.
Do not use cold water to rapidly cool down the hot grill pan to prevent deformation!
After use, clean thoroughly, wipe off moisture, quickly heat empty, then wipe the clean grill pan with a thin layer of salad oil using a dry cloth to block moisture in the air before storage.
