Product Details

Jasmine tea is the aroma and flavor that has accompanied me as I grew up. There's nothing quite like the jasmine tea from my hometown, Fuzhou.

In my childhood summers, the whole city was filled with the fragrance of jasmine flowers.

Jasmine flowers bloom exceptionally well in Fuzhou, and after a series of traditional flower scenting processes, they are transformed into high-quality jasmine tea, offering a unique experience of "smelling the floral fragrance even when the flowers are not in sight."

This "Jasmine Silver Needle" is the "classic bestseller" for savoring Fuzhou jasmine tea, and it's the flavor I enjoy the most. It uses tea buds from the "White Peony" tea trees, grown at an altitude of 800 meters in Fuding, the "birthplace of white tea."

The best jasmine flowers, harvested during the hottest period of summer, are used. The tea undergoes the "six scentings and one final infusion" flower scenting process, resulting in a high-quality product. It features fresh and tender tea buds with abundant silver tips, creating a lively tea soup with multi-layered richness. The overall experience is characterized by a rich, fragrant, sweet, and mellow taste.

A high-quality tea worth savoring.

Before brewing, the aroma fills the room with the scent of jasmine, immersing you in the enjoyment of a jasmine garden. Upon tasting, the tea is sweet, refreshing, and the floral aroma emerges from the depths of your throat. High-quality tea soup quickly fills your mouth and nasal passages, followed by a subtle sweetness akin to rock sugar, creating a marvelous experience.

In the summer, it's also suitable for cold brewing, allowing you to enjoy high-quality, clear, and sweet tea.

Origin and Process:

Authentic jasmine tea from Fuzhou.
Zhao Zhao's hometown, Fuzhou, is the birthplace of jasmine tea and jasmine flowers.

Fuzhou jasmine tea primarily uses green or white tea as the tea base. The tea leaves are scented with locally grown jasmine flowers through at least five scenting processes. This process allows the tea to absorb the floral fragrance while enhancing the tea's natural flavor.

For this Jasmine Silver Needle, tea buds from the White Peony tea trees, grown at an altitude of 800 meters in Fuding, the "birthplace of white tea," are used.

The tea leaves undergo a series of processes, including roasting, blending with fresh jasmine flowers, sieving to cool the flowers, piling and allowing them to rest, promoting heat dissipation, collecting and continuing the scenting process, re-piling (a second scenting), unfurling the flowers, roasting, and cooling.

This process is done six times with one final infusion, allowing the floral aroma to penetrate deep into the tea, showcasing the lively character of jasmine in the tea soup. It represents the exceptional high quality of jasmine tea.
