Tasting Notes:
The neatly arranged tea leaves with a few buds were harvested and processed in the fall of 2023. When observed through a glass, the tea liquor exhibits a light golden hue. The flavor is refreshing and pleasant, reminiscent of cucumber water.
Brewing Tips:
It is recommended to use a transparent glass cup for brewing. Place the tea leaves at the bottom of the cup and slowly pour in boiling water at 95℃~100℃ along the inner wall of the cup. After waiting for one minute, you can enjoy the sight of the tea leaves gracefully unfurling in the water. Be cautious of the hot water temperature before drinking.
