Because the head and internal organs are carefully removed by hand, there is no bitterness or odor typical of bluefish.

Traditional original manufacturing method

After pretreatment, drying, and grilling, our craftsmen carefully cook the rice in a special cauldron while removing the scum, so there is almost no bending or peeling of the skin.

Can be stored for a long time

Can be stored at room temperature for 180 days from the date of manufacture.
