Description

Jin junmei(Golden Monkey Black Tea) is a branch of Lapsang Souchong Black Tea of wuyi mountain. It is improved by traditional technology of Lapsang Souchong Black Tea and made from pure bud tip. It is the representative of premium black tea of fujian province and has become one of the most expensive black tea varieties in China.

In the process of processing black tea, tea polyphenol enzyme catalyzed oxidation, tea polyphenol reduced by more than 90%, resulting Theaflavins , Thearubigins and other new elements. Aroma were significantly increased than fresh green leaves. So black tea has the features of black leaves, red soup, re sweet taste on it.

Black tea is a fully-fermented tea, use fresh green tea leaves as base materials through a series of processes such as withering, kneading (cutting), fermentation and drying.
