The name of five-three means the ratio of egg yolk and egg white if 5:3. It was a traditional Japanese baking method created in Tokugawa-Meiji dynasty. By increasing the ratio of egg yolk, you could enjoy the strong of egg. The other ingredients are also very high quality. The flour are specially processed and made more than detailed.
