Cooking instructions Boudreaux’s Homestyle Breaded Oysters
Species: Crassostrea Gigas, Pacific Gigas Farm raised oyster with rope maricultural process
Batter: Lightly dusted and hand battered in our special blend of seasoned flour
Best cooking method:
Cook from frozen, Deep fried at 350 degrees 2 ½ to 3 minutes
Let rest 30-45 seconds before you try due to the HOT Juices sealed inside
Serve au natural or use a drizzle of hot sauce, sweet chile Lime, or favorite wing sauce, some people like tartar or cocktail sauce on the side as well.
Can be done in an air fryer:
Preheat air fryer per the manual. Spray lightly with Pam, olive oil or very light cooking oil. Set to 400 degrees and fry for 7-10 minutes until golden brown. It may take a few minutes longer to get crisper. Let rest 30-45 seconds before trial.
Can be baked as well. But the batter is best deep fried. Gently spray with cooking oil, Pam or olive oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, some pople turn over after 8 minutes. Oven temps may vary cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
