The biscuit part were baked and is possible to make chocolate part looks black. It is not a quality issue.
The chocolate part will melt in high temperature and when harden again, the far and oil might separate from chocolate and turn to white dot, the taste will be worse but is safe to eat.
Storage: storage at some place could avoid direct sunlight and high temperature moisture enviroment.
