Due to the current lack of cold chain transportation for international small parcel shipping, our store takes measures such as placing coolants and using insulated bags to ensure that products remain at a lower temperature during transit, especially during the high temperatures of summer. Please make sure to promptly receive your package upon arrival to prevent product damage due to high temperatures. If you don’t release signature accepting the package, and the package delivery is delayed because you failed to sign for it within one day, resulting in the product melting or getting damaged, our store will not be responsible for any refunds.
