About Ramen: 

Ippudo Plant-Based Ramen Shiro-Maru-Akamaru (red circle) ＼"New Package＼" / You can enjoy the limited edition ramen that was only available at limited Ippudo stores at home.

This ramen has a new, gentle flavor and does not contain any animal ingredients.

The mildness of the broth is reproduced by using sesame paste and vegetable extracts.

The ramen comes with a bag each of "Koyu" and "Spicy Miso", and can be served in either "Shiro-Maru" or "Akamaru" form.

How to cook: 

1 Add 450 cc of water to a pot and bring to a boil.

2 Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for 1 minute and 10 to 30 seconds (recommended 1 minute and 10 seconds), then turn off the heat, add the soup and stir well.

3-1 “Shiromaru”: Transfer from the pot to a bowl and serve. Add condiments as desired.

3-2 “Akamaru”: Transfer from the pot to a bowl of rice and add spicy miso paste and spiced oil*. Add spicy miso paste and spicy oil* to the bowl.
