お客様がお気に入りの商品はすべて丁寧に梱包され、東京からできるだけ早く発送されます。DHL国際宅配便を利用し、東京からアメリカ国内（お客様の手元）への到着までの平均時間は約5日です。商品が発送されてから24〜48時間以内に追跡番号が利用可能です。

商品の長距離輸送は困難を伴います。可能な限りDHLの配達員と面談し、直接受け取るようにしてください。署名なしでの直接の受け取りはパッケージの紛失の可能性を避けるために避けてください。アメリカの税関による抽出による輸送時間の遅延や商品の押収による損失は、当店が負担しますが、お客様が税関の抽出の証拠を提供する必要があります。抽出後に関税を支払う必要がある場合、このリスクはお客様が負担する必要があります。

商品の賞味期限（最良の味わい期間）は、製造日から最大60日以内です。ただし、日本のお菓子の賞味期限は保証期限とは異なります。賞味期限が過ぎても、商品は期限切れにはなりません。気になるお客様は、慎重にお考えください。

Maple sugar is used in the dough of our maple butter cookies. By combining maple sugar, which is characterized by its rich sweetness, with brown sugar, we have added a rich depth of flavor to the refreshing sweetness.
