Neoguri Spicy Seafood

Nongshim’s Neoguri made its debut in 1982 and gained popularity for its thick Udon-style noodles and distinct spicy seafood flavor. Many years have passed since then, but Neoguri continues to be made with real seafood ingredients, and remains one of the most popular of Nongshim products.

Cooking Directions

Microwave (1000W):

 

  1. Completely remove lid. Add soup base.
  2. Pour room temperature water up to the inside line. Microwave for 3 minutes.
  3. Leave product for 1 minute to cool. Stir well and serve.

 

Stovetop:

 

  1. Open lid half way. Add soup base.
  2. Pour hot water up to the inside line.
  3. Close lid for 4 minutes. Stir well and serve.

 

 

The Original Thick Noodle Ramyun

Up until the release of Neoguri in 1982, Korean ramyun noodles had always been thin. So when Nongshim released Neoguri, customers immediately took notice of its unique thick noodles, which had a more pleasant texture than other noodles.
