Our tobiko fish roe is small and has a natural vivid, sunset orange color. When serving, you can taste they have a little bit mild, salty and slightly smoky. They crackle and burst into your mouth when chewing them.

How to store orange fish roe?

It can last for 4 days when refrigerated, but can use for 4 - 6 weeks (unopened) when it is kept in the freezer. Once opened you must consume within three days.
