About Ramen:

The soup made from Sakura shrimp harvested in Suruga Bay, Shizuoka Prefecture, enhances both aroma and flavor. The noodles are thin and curly, perfectly complementing the soup. 

[Shelf Life] 90 days at room temperature. Please store away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.

[How to cook]
1.In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water per bag of noodles to a boil.
2.Dilute the included soup with about 270ml of hot water and prepare it in a bowl.
3.Add the noodles to the boiling water, stir briefly for 30 seconds on high heat, then simmer for about 1 minute on medium heat, loosening the noodles as they cook.
4.Once cooked, drain the noodles well and transfer them to the prepared bowl. Separate the noodles gently in the bowl.
5.Add your favorite toppings (such as chashu, bamboo shoots, green onions, etc.) for even more deliciousness.

Noodles (wheat flour (made in Japan), reduced maltose syrup, salt/alcohol, kansui, gardenia pigment, processed starch, (contains some wheat))
