The honey&gorgonzola cheese cookie used over 60% of gorgonzola cheese powder.

Salt&camembert:

This is the product produced by a craftsman who want to use high quality camembert cheese to make baked snacks. It used strictly selected material including milk and granulated sugar, salt from Guerande area in France. 

This Guerande salt has variety of mineral component and suitable for making baked snacks. It could extract the special smell and frangrance of camembert cheese.

Honey&gorgonzola:

This cookie used high standard gorgonzola cheese produced in South Itaily. Combined with chocolate which could lock the special taste of cheese and supplied with rich tasted Hokkaido milk and granulated sugar, then sprinkled honey and baked crispy.

The honey used rose mary honey produced in Spain. The honey and flower were carefully grewed up in Spain's warm weather and it's feature is soft and sweet. It also the best partner of gorgonzola cheese.
