Loquat has always been one of the representative crops in the Chulu area of Taitung. Using loquats grown in their own orchards and surrounding unpolluted loquat gardens, after manual selection and prolonged exposure to sunlight, they are finally baked and dried using baking techniques to produce loquat flowers, which are full of a subtle sweetness and floral fragrance, making them very enjoyable to drink.
During the loquat flowering season, each plant usually produces a large cluster of flowers, and many loquat flowers that are eliminated. Brother Liao of Quhe Winery believes that it is a pity to eliminate loquat flowers, so he developed this product to allow more people to enjoy the good agricultural products of Taitung. It was recognized as one of the top ten Shen Nong Award winners in 2009.
