We produce organic Chinese Toon (Xiangchun) on our farm, which is then crushed and mixed into dough. Through machine processing, the dough is kneaded to achieve the desired elasticity, without the addition of any preservatives or external additives. The noodles are dried naturally in the sun to enhance their chewy texture, creating a simple yet healthy and delicious product.
Usage: These noodles are versatile and can be used in stir-fries, soups, or tossed with pine nut basil sauce to create a tasty Italian pasta dish.
Cooking Instructions: Boil water and add the noodles. After approximately 5 minutes, remove them from the water and immerse them in ice water to increase their chewiness.
