Wt.  Cook tofu 450g, withgreen pork meat, onion, garlic, ginger, can be processed based on your preference

 

Recommend Cooking Method:

1. Set aside the fried tofu.
2. Add cooking oil to the pan, add minced ginger and garlic after the oil is hot, stir-fry until fragrant, add minced meat, stir-fry until hot, add fried tofu, stir-fry until the tofu is heated through.
3. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt and sugar, adjust according to personal taste, stir well so that the seasoning is evenly coated on the tofu and minced meat.
4. Finally, stir-fry over low heat until the soup is thick, and stir constantly during the process to avoid burning.
5. After frying, remove from the pan and sprinkle with chopped green onions as garnish.
