Product Description

White Peony, the most popular white tea among tea drinkers, has buds and leaves, is not as "noble" as Silver Needle, but provides a much richer layering flavor when compared with other white tea with only leaves. Aged peony, properly processed and stored", is a favorite among "veteran tea drinkers".

This first-grade White Peony, picked in 2017, has one bud and one or two leaves. This dried tea has snow-like white hairs and tender leaves, providing a rich-tasting experience with a blend of floral and aging flavors, and a combination of sweet and woody aromas. The tea water is fully flavored and layered with floral and aging flavors. After four infusions, the medicinal aroma becomes noticeable. Starting with one cup in the morning, you can have the refreshing and sweet taste even after ten infusions, and enjoy it all day long. The large amount of bud hairs results in a higher amino acid content, which has many health benefits. It shows the enduring appeal of high-quality tea, and is suitable for fine tasting, collection, and long-term storage.

Water temperature: 95℃
Tea to water ratio: 4 g tea leaves per 100 ml water
Steeping time: 10s/10s/15s/20s* (for the 1st/2nd/3th/4th infusion respectively)
