Instructions:

1. Place the seaweed sheet on the textured side of the mat.

2. Place the sushi rice evenly in the middle of the seaweed sheet, so that 2-3 cm of seaweed appears on the upper edge and 1 cm of seaweed appears on the lower edge.

3. Put any extra ingredients slightly under the middle of the rice.

4. Gently roll the mat up from the bottom to roll the ingredients.

5. Wait 2 minutes.
