How to cook
1. Soak 30g of flat glass noodles in cold or warm water for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
(If you soak it in warm water, you can enjoy softer and more chewy noodles.)
2. Add the glass noodles soaked in boiling water and boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Rinse 2 to 3 times in cold water.
4. Use the drained noodles in a sieve for various dishes such as steaming, soup, and stir-fry.
