DongDing Oolong is a traditional famous tea in Taiwan, with many stories around it. However, in recent years, it has been somewhat overshadowed by the 'High Mountain Tea' such as Lishan Oolong, with its floral freshness and high-altitude charm.

When I found this DongDing Oolong, it was truly a well-crafted tea, embodying the aroma of roasted rice after heavy kneading, heavy fermentation, and heavy roasting, with a hint of interesting buttery sweetness.
