The name of “Kita No Maru” Means Northen Circle. This is also GINZA MATUSAKI'S only souka senbei product. Souka senbei is a kind of senbei rice cracker from Saitama-Ken, the north of Tokyo. This is a famous soy sauce production area in local Japan and used to be a transportation center in 20th century. In order to convince the passengers, the local souka people would use Uruchi-rice and made them in circled shaped and baked to make them could keep a long time. Added with other kind of Japanese material such as sesame, soy sauce and seaweed and this is souka senbei.
