The biscuit part were baked and is possible to make chocolate part looks black. It is not a quality issue.
The chocolate part will melt in high temperature and when harden again, the far and oil might separate from chocolate and turn to white dot, the taste will be worse but is safe to eat.

Used east part of Honsyuu island, Eastern Japan Yamagata-Ken's Satounishiki cherry. The cherry is roll and the color is bright red. Looks like ruby and the soft taste could let you enjoy the sweet sour after taste.
These kind of cherry's sweetness and deliciousness was decided even before the flower blossom. So it must been taken good care of.
Unlike the cherry produced in Notrh America, especially those come from wast coast like California, this Asia cherry is soft and not to hard. The taste is less juicy than those in California but the sweetness and sour is better.
The Satounishiki cherry juice is about 17% of this product.
