This dish is hand made in Hakodate, as squid is the popular food in Hakodate. 
Each pack weights 200g. Includes 2 pieces of squid.

However, if there's a wrong or missing product from your order(s), it will be re-delivered or return at the next shipment. As for refund, it should be confirmed and processed within one to two weeks.
3. Please be aware of the possibility that the product may be broken such as biscuit or chocolates may melt during the delivery. In this case, we do not accept any refund, return or re-deliver request.
