How to use

After cleansing and toning, dispense an adequate amount onto the face and spread evenly, focusing on areas that need more help. For extra effect, soak cotton pads with the Mugwort Essence and apply it to the face as a mask. Let it sit for 5 minutes then remove. Pat the remaining essence into the skin.
