About Ramen:
This soy sauce ramen features "Iriko" harvested from Ibuki Island in the Seto Inland Sea (Kagawa Prefecture), combining it generously with a flavorful soup created by the local long-established manufacturer, "Kamada soy sauce". The soup boasts a rich aroma and taste. The noodles are medium-thick, straight noodles that pair perfectly with the soup.

 

[Contents] Noodles: 110g × 2  Soup: 38.3g × 2
[Shelf Life] Store at room temperature for 90 days. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures and humidity.

 

[How to cook]
1.In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil.(2 liters of water per bag of noodles)
2.Dilute the included soup with about 300ml of hot water and prepare it in a bowl.
3.Add the noodles to the boiling water, stir briefly for 30 seconds on high heat, then simmer for about 2.5 minute on medium heat, loosening the noodles as they cook.
4.Once cooked, drain the noodles well and transfer them to the prepared bowl. Separate the noodles gently in the bowl.
5.Add your favorite toppings (such as chashu, bamboo shoots, green onions, etc.) for even more deliciousness.
