Boiling time: Approx. 30 seconds (adjust boiling time according to personal preference).

Noodles: Wheat flour (made in Japan), fermentation seasoning, wheat protein, liquid glucose, dried egg whites, salt/lactic acid sodium, processed starch (powdered), alkaline water, acidulant
Soup Base: Soy sauce, hydrolyzed protein, rapeseed oil, salt, chicken fat, pork extract, flavored edible oil, sugar, dried bonito, yuzu peel paste/seasoning (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, acidulant, caramel color, thickener (xanthan gum), spices (some containing wheat, soybeans, chicken, pork)
