This product is easy to broke cause the feature of flour.

This caramel sauce and/or fat and oil will seep out to cookie dough and the cookie dough might gone softwhen the tempreature is high. It is safe to eat.

The inside of cookie dough are spread with chocolate sauce. It might have white dot when the tempreature is high. It's seeped out fat fromt chocolate and is safe to eat.

This product used the traditional Hasami-Yaki manufacturer method of Wagashi(Japanese traditional snack) and it could cut off the unnecessary oil and fat of the cookie dough to make the balance of flavor and taste.
