The dry tea is emerald green and granular, with an aroma of cooked beans. The tea infusion is a light green, transparent and bright, with an orchid fragrance and the unique charm of Tieguanyin. The taste is refreshing.
Brewing Tips:
Use a gaiwan for brewing with a tea-to-water ratio of 1:30. The water temperature should be between 90°C and 95°C (194°F to 203°F). Let the tea steep for about 10 seconds.
