Tasting Note:
The dry tea leaves are black with a hint of orange-red. This tea has undergone a deep roasting process, giving it a rich charcoal aroma. The tea liquor is orange-yellow, with floral and honey scents. It needs to be steeped a bit longer to fully release its inner compounds.
Brewing Tips:
Use a tea-to-water ratio between 1:30 and 1:50. Brew with a gaiwan using water at 95°C-100°C. After steeping for 30 seconds to 1 minute, quickly pour the tea into a fairness cup.
