Preparation Method:
1. Polygonatum Porridge: 30g of Polygonatum and 100g of polished round-grained rice. Boil the Polygonatum to extract the juice, and then cook the rice with the juice until the porridge is ready. Add a suitable amount of rock sugar before eating.
