The name of “Arare” is a kind of rice cracker made with Mochi-rice and beloved in local Asia. It was a tiny, little and look like snowflake and this is the name of “Arare” comes from. It was different with senbei which were made with Uruchi-rice, all kind of Arare were made with Mochi-rice which have a more soft and gentle taste. Arere will not be as hard or as crispy as senbei but it have a special soft taste. This product did not used Japanese Mochi-rice but used Thailand's production cause it's more close to tropical and the texture of rice would gone more soft.
