Cooking Method:
1. Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot and heat until the oil temperature is 50% hot;
2. Add bean paste, stir fry until fragrant;
3. Add the scallion, shredded pork and other ingredients and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
4. Add the prepared sauce and continue to stir-fry over medium heat for 1 minute;
5. Out of the pot and on the plate.
