Origin Region: Anxi County, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province
Harvest: Spring, 2024
Altitude:1000m~1800m
Varietal: Qing Xin
Tasting Notes:
The dry tea leaves are tightly rolled, with a dark black color and a slight hint of orange-yellow. Observed through a glass fairness cup, the tea soup is a bright, ruby red. The aroma is intensely floral, and the taste is sweet and smooth. The leaves, when examined at the bottom, are intact, soft, and tend towards an orange-red hue. Personally, I find the third infusion to have the best flavor, remaining sweet and fragrant. After five infusions, a slight sourness and astringency develop, so it is advisable to pour out the tea into fairness cup quickly.
Brewing Tips:
It is recommended to use water at approximately 95 degrees Celsius and brew the tea in a gaiwan, with a tea-to-water ratio of 1:50.
