Tasting Note
 

The dry tea leaves are dark green in color, with uneven thickness, and contain dried gardenia flowers. A light sniff reveals a distinct floral fragrance. The tea infusion is clear and presents a light yellow-green color. The gardenia fragrance is strong, and the tea has a light taste. Compared to red tea, it has a more refreshing flavor, leaving you feeling invigorated after drinking

Brewing Tips

 

Using the Gongfu tea brewing method, the tea-to-water ratio should be between 1:30 ~1:50. If a large amount of tea is used, pour the water out into a fair cup (Gong Dao Bei) immediately after 1 ~ 3 seconds. If a smaller amount of tea is used, pour it into the fair cup after about 5 ~ 8 seconds
