Brewing Tips
Using the Gongfu tea brewing method, the tea-to-water ratio should be between 1:30 ~1:50. If a large amount of tea is used, pour the water out into a fair cup (Gong Dao Bei) immediately after 1 ~ 3 seconds. If a smaller amount of tea is used, pour it into the fair cup after about 5 ~ 8 seconds
