Mô tả

Autumn pear paste, bottled in glass, pure vegan and edible. Made by simmering natural Taiwan Hengshan pears, it has a sweet and mellow flavor. Autumn pear paste made from native Hengshan pears in Taiwan has a sweet and slightly sour taste. Selected from the mountainous areas of Miaoli, using Japan's Shumyo natural farming method, the fruits are plump and robust. The cultivation process involves no pesticides, fertilizers, or herbicides.

Harvested ripe and sweet autumn pears, the whole pear is used, including the skin. The pears are peeled, and crushed, retaining the handmade pear grinding texture to enhance the creaminess. Pure malt sugar is added to complement the sweet and sour taste of Hengshan pears. Red dates, known for nourishing qi and blood, and black dates, known for regulating the spleen and stomach, are added.

Through multiple processes such as simmering, cooking, steaming, and stewing, the paste is slowly cooked at low temperatures for an extended period, avoiding overcooking. As a result, the color is not overly dark and thick, and the taste is warm, smooth, and elegant, preserving the natural fragrance and granular texture of pears.

Autumn pear paste moisturizes the lungs and stomach, generates fluids, and relieves thirst. In traditional Chinese medicine, white fruits are believed to nourish the lungs. Pears are known for nourishing yin, generating fluids, and moisturizing the lungs and stomach. When experiencing coughs with phlegm or a dry mouth, a spoonful of autumn pear paste can bring comfort to the body and mind.

Pears are rich in dietary fiber and vitamin C, as well as minerals such as potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, and calcium. They also contain a significant amount of iron, comparable to grapes. Ideal for autumn and winter nourishment!

Pear paste, formerly exclusive to the imperial court as a medicinal product, only became popular among the general public during the Qing Dynasty when it was introduced by court physicians.

Pear paste, also known as snow pear paste, is a traditional medicinal delicacy with origins dating back to the Tang Dynasty. It is made primarily from carefully selected autumn pears (or duck pears, snowflake pears), combined with other ingredients known for their cough-relieving, phlegm-expelling, thirst-quenching, and lung-nourishing properties.

Consume a small spoonful directly to moisten the throat.
Take one to two spoonfuls, diluted with warm or cold water.
