Weiquan mini bun uses fresh ingredients and is made locally. Using traditional craftsmanship and unique ingredients,

the skin should be thin when wrapping, and the folds are also very particular.

Generally, 14 folds or more are better. After being wrapped, it is steamed in a round bamboo cage.

After steaming, the steamed mini bums has a translucent skin, shaped like a water chestnut, and small and exquisite.

It has the appearance of "sitting like a bell and lifting up like a lantern."  You only need to steam it in a steamer or electric pot

for about ten minutes before serving. The entrance is full of vigor, and the filling is delicious and juicy.
