Wide and chewy glass noodles give a fuller texture than the regular ones. Also, it is already cut, which makes it easy to use. The cut noodles do not get tangled with each other.
The wide, flat noodles are particularly easily seasoned and go well with a variety of dishes.

Cook Ottigi wide vermicelli in boiling water for 10 minutes. After that, rinse the cooked noodles with cold water 2~3 times for better texture.
You can add cooked glass noodles to any dishes such as tteokbokki or seasoned vegetables.
