Brewing Tips It is recommended to use a lidded bowl for brewing. Pour boiling water at 100°C slowly along the bowl's inner wall and immediately pour it out to rinse the tea leaves. Refill with water, wait for about 30 seconds, and then pour the tea into a fairness cup. Allow the tea to cool to a suitable drinking temperature before enjoying. The tea leaves can be brewed multiple times.
