If you are hesitant to buy burdock because it is not easy to clean and store, think again! It is thinly sliced and dried so it looks small, but contains 450G of raw burdock. Though burdocks brown quickly Mrs. Malaengi does not use a browning inhibitor. 
 

Best Way to Enjoy
Soak dried burdock root in lukewarm water for at least 30 minutes and use it in various dishes such as burdock pot rice and soy-sauce seasoned burdock.
