This donut mix makes it easy to make chewy donuts at home.
It's made with a blend of high quality bread flour, glutinous rice flour and cornstarch.
Makes about 30 mini donuts.
Fill them with cheese if you like, or roll them in black sesame seeds and enjoy them as sesame buns.

[How to make]
1. In a bowl, whisk together 1 egg, 75 ml of water, and 4 tablespoons of cooking oil.
2. Add 2 packets of dough mix to the liquid, mix with a spatula, and knead by hand for 2-3 minutes.
3. Separate the dough into balls about the size of a quail egg and roll them into balls.
4. Fry the dough in a frying pan with plenty of oil for 4-5 minutes on each side.
5. When the donuts are cool, mix them with the topping mix and serve.
