Product specificity
The farming method is the same as Gyokuro, in which the tea is grown in the dark before being picked, so it has less astringency and has the refreshing taste of Sencha and the flavor of Gyokuro.
About the taste
This tea is light and has a sweet umami flavor. In mouth, its texture is rich and soft.
