What is the secret to low-sugar rice made in the microwave?

  1. When heat is applied to the calorie ball, the high-temperature steam generated separates the sugar from the rice.

How to use Calo Bowl

  1. Fill a 100mL measuring cup full of rice (1 serving = 100mL measuring cup = 100g rice). Calo bowl can cook up to 3 people.
  2. Put rice into the inner pot tray and soak for at least 20 minutes* (*required). When soaking rice, use a sufficient amount of water (more than 5cm above the rice).
  3. Pour water to a height of about 0.3cm above the soaked rice. You can enjoy it more deliciously by adjusting the amount of water according to your taste.
  4. Cover the inner pot lid first.
  5. Attach the outer pot lid until it clicks.
  6. After combining the containers, microwave for 12 minutes. Based on 700W-1000W home microwave ovens, set the type that can adjust the intensity to 'High'.
  7. Steam the rice for 3-5 minutes with the lid on to prepare delicious rice. The moxibustion process is essential!
