I ate mackerel kimchi stew. It has a bit of a fishy smell, but it's a great substitute for mackerel. It's a whole can, so it's quite a lot!
Because I want to eat it sometimes~~
I'm a repeat customer.I often use it when making soup, miso-boiled mackerel, and protein rice balls. When I add the juices inside to miso soup, it gives off a great flavor and makes it really tasty.
This can is great for simmering dishes. I simmered daikon with this to create a sweet and spicy dish.
The mackerel can arrived crushed, but the contents were fine. There was a fishy smell when I first opened it, but it was fine when I cooked it.
Great for making KimChi stew (add to KimChi and boil for 10min)
Let’s stew the potatoes with 2 potatoes, 1 onion, and 2 cans of mackerel!!
I always keep it in the penturi when I make fish stew.Use it
There's no such thing as a thief when you make simple and delicious stewed mackerel. If you spread radish, onion, and kimchi, pour stewed mackerel in between, season with minced garlic, soy sauce, red pepper powder, and mirin, you can make 3 bowls. It was delicious because it was canned and the bones were soft. The mackerel flesh was so plump that I had leftovers after eating the whole meal, so I ate it again the next day!
Lay out the ripe kimchi -> Discard the canned mackerel broth and add only the mackerel -> Add the tofu and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
